Kelly Ruby Hanson
Mental Health Coach, Certified Grief Educator, Certified Human Design Practitioner, and Death Doula 

Kelly Ruby Hanson is a certified coach, grief educator, Human Design practitioner, death doula and owner of Ruby Hanson Mental Health Coaching. She works with individuals to improve their mental health, manage their grief, and develop a strong connection to self.  Kelly utilizes the same skills she teaches her clients in her own life to ensure she is able to enjoy her realtionships.

 

She received her life coaching certification from an ICF accrediated program, trained as a death doula at the Conscious Dying Institute, trained as a certified grief educator with David Kessler, and completed Robin Winn's Human Design practitioner program. Kelly is trained in CBT, NLP,  Mindful Self Companssion, and is a NARM informed professional and Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy certified practitioner. She is constantly exploring the most cutting-edge methods to deepen her practice to provide the best service possible.

Kelly's goal is to teach individuals tools and techniques  to support their mental health while providing a safe environment that allows them to reclaim their voice, choice, and power in life.  She has had the opportunity to help hundreds of clients reach their mental health goals and find a way to live with grief. Kelly uses a blend of coaching, Human Design and death doula principles to guide her clients to their destinations.

Kelly lives in Highlands Ranch with her husband, two children, and their two dogs. When she isn't working with clients, you can find her hiking, adventuring with her family, cooking, writing, reading, and volunteering for the No One Dies Alone program at Skyridge Hospital. She is the author of Death Doula:Tools &Techniques for End of Life Support.
